At Taleci Studios, we are committed to delivering high-quality, unique pieces. Because our items are made-to-order specifically for you, we maintain the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Our Made-to-Order Philosophy
Since each product is crafted upon request, we generally do not offer standard returns or "change of mind" refunds. This made-to-order process allows us to maintain the premium quality and exclusivity of our collections.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at talecistudios@gmail.com. While we officially only process refunds or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or non-functional, we evaluate all customer concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure a professional and fair resolution.
Eligibility for Review
If a return or exchange is authorized by our team, you must meet the following criteria:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all inquiries.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at talecistudios@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Refunds
If a refund is approved after we have received and inspected your return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
